فينير الأسنان (Dental Veneers) هو قشرة تجميلية رقيقة جدًا تُصنع عادةً من البورسلان (الخزف) أو مادة الراتنج المركّب، وتُثبت على السطح الأمامي للأسنان لتحسين مظهرها وشكلها ولونها.

إليك أهم المعلومات باختصار:

🔹 ما وظيفة الفينير؟

يُستخدم الفينير لتحسين:

لون الأسنان (خاصة عند وجود تصبغات لا تزول بالتبييض).
شكل الأسنان غير المتناسق أو المتآكل.
المسافات بين الأسنان الأمامية.
مظهر الأسنان المكسورة أو المشقوقة.

🔹 أنواع الفينير:

فينير البورسلان: أكثر متانة وطبيعي في الشكل، ومقاوم للتصبغ.
الفينير المركّب (الكومبوزيت): أقل تكلفة ويمكن تركيبه في جلسة واحدة، لكنه أقل مقاومة مع الوقت.

🔹 طريقة التركيب:

يقوم الطبيب أولاً بفحص الأسنان وتحديد مدى ملاءمة الفينير.
تُزال طبقة رقيقة جدًا من مينا الأسنان (عادةً أقل من نصف مليمتر).
تُؤخذ طبعة للأسنان لإعداد القشور في المختبر.
بعد تجهيزها، تُثبت القشور على الأسنان باستخدام مادة لاصقة قوية.

🔹 العناية بالفينير:

الحفاظ على نظافة الفم الجيدة (تفريش الأسنان والخيط).
تجنّب قضم الأشياء الصلبة.
زيارة الطبيب بانتظام للفحص.

قبل تثبيت قشور الفينير بشكل دائم على الأسنان، سيقوم طبيب الأسنان بتنظيف وتلميع وخدش (حفر خفيف) أسطح الأسنان. تساعد عملية الخدش على إنشاء سطح خشن يُحسّن من قوة الالتصاق بين الفينير والسن. بعد ذلك، يتم وضع مادة لاصقة خاصة على القشرة، ثم تُثبَّت بعناية على السن في موضعها الصحيح. يستخدم الطبيب ضوءًا خاصًا لتقوية المادة اللاصقة، مما يكوّن رابطة قوية بين الفينير وسطح السن.
5. المتابعة والعناية:
بعد تركيب الفينير، سيقدّم لك الطبيب تعليمات حول كيفية العناية به. يشمل ذلك الحفاظ على نظافة الفم الجيدة، مثل تنظيف الأسنان بالفرشاة بانتظام، واستخدام خيط الأسنان، ومعجون أسنان غير كاشط. كما يُنصح بزيارة الطبيب بشكل دوري لإجراء التنظيف والفحوصات المهنية. ومع العناية الجيدة والصيانة المنتظمة، يمكن أن يدوم الفينير لسنوات طويلة، محافظًا على ابتسامة جميلة ومشرقة تدوم طويلاً.
